It is not only students that suffer from racism. A teacher whose culture does not conform to that of the environment of operation may face racism and suffer its effects. The schools glory is equally affected when bullying and racism are in progress. Students that face racism may be afraid to go to school. When they remember the embarrassing moments, they resist any attempts to have them go back to the identical place.
